Our team of service technicians support, not only the latest equipment installed by CMTS. Our engineers undergo extensive product training supported by our overseas partners.
The aim of all CMTS service personnel is to provide a high quality, next day service with the minimum of disruption to our customer’s production. Service contracts can be tailored and timed to meet the user’s production requirements.
It is often well within the ability of our customers to deal with small problems that may arise. We offer a telephone support service to give advice, enabling the problem to be solved quickly so the machine may be returned to service with the minimum loss of production.
